Is he or isn't he? Questions cropped up recently about whether veteran safety Bob Sanders will be able to return to the form that made him the NFL's 2007 Defensive Player of the Year.
Sanders missed most of the 2009 season with a torn right bicep. He also underwent knee surgery while he was recovering from the upper-arm injury. The medical procedure was performed to clean up old scar tissue in the knee.
Despite having what was thought to be a good offseason rehabbing the injuries and being able to return for organized team activity workouts as well as the team's mandatory spring minicamp, internet reports have surfaced questioning whether Sanders is as healthy as advertised.
